Our Services

Currently, we offer individual therapy for adults. When it comes to individual therapy, we often say "Come for the crisis management. Stay for the personal growth and enlightenment." While we occasionally do provide brief-focused work with clients, the majority of our individual clients do stay with us for some time. We specialize in building long-term relationships so that clients can have a safe base to come to for psychological support across their lives and through changing life circumstances. Additionally, we provide Adjunctive EMDR for folks who already have a solid relationship with a primary therapist. Working in collaboration with your primary therapist, we develop a treatment plan designed to supplement existing therapeutic work. This services is helpful for trauma processing and resilience building as well as helping with therapeutic stuck points. To learn more, visit our Adjunctive EMDR page

Our goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental place for you to explore ways to feel better and to understand your distress. FAQs & Policies

Many people have questions about how therapy works or need to know more about using insurance coverage for services. We are happy to provide as much information as possible to explain how things work in gaining access to care.

Our Providers

Our clinicians practice from a theoretical framework that blends multicultural theories and awareness with interpersonal theories. How we engage with clients will be influenced by our clients' needs. For example, some clients may want to have more structure in therapy and enjoy tasks. Others may simply wish to have someone to listen as they talk through their challenges. We listen to our clients' wishes and wisdom to help shape the therapeutic experience. Our practice is deeply committed to culturally competent care. We work to help illuminate how the systems (societal, family, community, etc.) in which we live shape and impact mental health.
